This website is operated by Riad Mourssali (the "Operator"), an independent life insurance agent or agency. It is not the corporate website of Family First Life, Integrity Marketing Group, or any insurance carrier, and nothing here is a communication from those companies.

Information we collect

When you use this site, the Operator collects:

• Registration details you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, and state.
• Screening answers you give during registration, such as licensing status and your preferences about the opportunity.
• Session activity: the briefing time you booked, whether and how much of the briefing you watched, and whether you clicked to schedule a follow-up call.
• Chat messages you send in the briefing room. Chat questions may be answered by automated software on the host's behalf, and messages are stored so the Operator can review and follow up on them.
• Marketing attribution, such as the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here, and basic technical information like browser type and timezone.

How we use it

• To reserve your briefing session and give you access to the briefing room.
• To send you confirmations and reminders about your session by email and, if you opted in, by text message.
• To follow up with you about the career opportunity and answer your questions.
• To evaluate mutual fit and to improve how the briefing and this site work.

Text messages

Text messages are only sent if you check the SMS consent box at registration. Consent is not a condition of registering. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Your information is used by the Operator and their team for the purposes above. It is also processed by the service providers that run this site: website hosting, database hosting, the customer relationship and messaging platform the Operator uses to send confirmations and follow-ups, and an AI provider that helps answer chat questions. If you move forward in the process, your details may be shared with the Operator's upline organization within Family First Life to coordinate next steps. The Operator does not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Registration and session records are kept for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, or until you ask for them to be deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information held about you, and you can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Use the contact details below for any of these requests, and the Operator will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

Age

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and the Operator does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
