This site lets you register for and attend a recorded career briefing about becoming an independent life insurance agent with the Operator's Family First Life agency, and to schedule a follow-up call. The briefing room presents a recording on a scheduled timeline, and chat questions may be answered by automated software on the host's behalf.
The opportunity discussed is an independent contractor position compensated by commission. It is not employment, and registering, attending, or scheduling a call does not create an employment relationship, an agency contract, or any entitlement to income. Selling life insurance requires a state license, and carrier appointments are subject to each carrier's approval. Income is not guaranteed; see the Earnings Disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and about yourself.
By registering you agree to receive transactional emails about your session. Marketing text messages are sent only with the separate SMS consent described in the Privacy Policy and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content in chat, no scraping or attempting to access other people's data, no interfering with the site's operation, and no recording or redistributing the briefing content without permission.
The briefing video, page content, and branding belong to the Operator or their licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
The site and briefing are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Company figures and statistics presented in the briefing are provided by Family First Life and are not independently verified by the Operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and the Operator's total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
The Operator may suspend or end your access to the site or briefing room at any time, including for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Operator maintains their principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules.
